FOLLOWING JESUS
The word “disciple” means follower. Jesus calls us follow his example and to engage in the world around us with sacrificial love.
GROWING IN MATURITY
Jesus people will know we are his disciples by how we love one another. And he said his desire for his disciples was to produce “much” fruit, which is a sign of maturity.
SERVING OUR NEIGHBORS
Jesus summed up the greatest commandment by saying two things: Love God and love your neighbor as yourself.
